Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid trat die Vorinstanz auf ein Revisionsgesuch des Beschwerdeführers nicht ein, weil er sich auf appellatorische Kritik beschränkt hatte, die er bereits im Verlaufe der Untersuchung und anlässlich der erst- und zweitinstanzlichen Verhandlungen vorgebracht hatte (angefochtener Entscheid S. 6 E. 3.3). Der Beschwerdeführer stellt vor Bundesgericht ausdrücklich fest, er könne "nicht direkt" neue Tatsachen oder Beweismittel beibringen, indessen seien seine Argumente "so nicht in Betracht gezogen worden", weshalb man sie gewissermassen doch als "neu oder noch nicht bekannt bezeichnen" könnte (Beschwerde Ziff. 3). Die weiteren Ausführungen enthalten indessen erneut nur unzulässige appellatorische Kritik. Damit lässt sich nicht in einer den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG genügenden Weise dartun, dass die Vorinstanz mit ihrem Nichteintreten das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verletzt hätte. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtskosten Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Strafrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
