Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Geschäftsleitung des Kantonsrates Zürich wies am 17. Oktober 2013 ein Ermächtigungsgesuch des Beschwerdeführers ab. Eine in diesem Zusammenhang stehende Strafuntersuchung wegen Amtsmissbrauchs nahm die Staatsanwaltschaft I des Kantons Zürich am 14. November 2013 nicht an die Hand. Das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich wies am 26. März 2014 eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde ab. Der Beschwerdeführer beantragt vor Bundesgericht, der Beschluss vom 26. März 2014 sei aufzuheben.

Es kann offenbleiben, ob der Beschwerdeführer zum vorliegenden Rechtsmittel legitimiert ist. Seiner Eingabe ist nicht in einer Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG genügenden Weise zu entnehmen, dass und inwieweit der angefochtene Beschluss willkürlich im Sinne von Art. 9 BV sein oder sonst gegen das Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verstossen soll. So erwähnt der Beschwerdeführer Art. 42 Abs. 6 BGG (S. 2 oben), welche Bestimmung indessen auf den angefochtenen Beschluss gar nicht anwendbar ist. Unverständlich ist auch sein Hinweis auf Art. 80 StPO (S. 2 unten), wo in Abs. 1 der "Beschluss" ausdrücklich genannt wird. Auf die Beschwerde ist mangels einer tauglichen Begründung im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
