Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, vom 12. April 2010.

Erwägungen:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid ein dagegen gerichteter Rekurs des Beschwerdeführers abgewiesen wurde.

Die Vorinstanz führt aus, der Rekurs des Beschwerdeführers genüge den minimalen gesetzlichen Begründungsanforderungen nicht. Seinem Rechtsmittel wäre aber auch im Eintretensfall kein Erfolg beschieden, da die Angezeigten die Voraussetzungen des Betrugs im Sinne von Art. 146 StGB durch ihre Handlungen offensichtlich nicht erfüllten.

In seiner Eingabe vor Bundesgericht schildert der Beschwerdeführer ausschliesslich seine Sicht der Dinge, ohne sich mit den Ausführungen der Vorinstanz, insbesondere der Frage der Begründungsanforderungen eines kantonalen Rekurses, auch nur ansatzweise auseinanderzusetzen. Seine Beschwerde genügt den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG insoweit nicht. Im Übrigen ist er als Geschädigter, der nicht Opfer ist, in der Sache nicht beschwerdelegitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
