Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf die Erhebung von Kosten verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, 4. Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
