Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, vom 24. April 2014.
Am 24. April 2014 wies das Obergericht des Kantons Bern eine Beschwerde gegen eine Verfügung vom 24. März 2014 ab, mit welcher die Regionale Staatsanwaltschaft Berner Jura-Seeland das Strafverfahren wegen Freiheitsberaubung und Korruption bzw. Bestechung nicht an die Hand genommen hatte. Die Beschwerdeführerin wäre als Privatklägerin vor Bundesgericht nur legitimiert, wenn sich der angefochtene Entscheid auf die Beurteilung ihrer Zivilansprüche auswirken könnte (Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG). Dass und inwiefern diese Voraussetzung erfüllt wäre, ergibt sich aus der Beschwerde nicht, die sich auf unsubstanziierte Kritik am angefochtenen Entscheid und Vorwürfe gegen die Behörden beschränkt. Auf die Beschwerde ist mangels Legitimation der Beschwerdeführerin im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Ihrer finanziellen Lage ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtskosten Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
