Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Beim Entscheid in Sachen A.________ vom 13. Januar 2010 (ST.2008.42-SK3) wurde keine Begründung verlangt. Er ist deshalb rechtskräftig und kann beim Bundesgericht nicht mehr angefochten werden.
Der Entscheid in Sachen B.________ vom 13. Januar 2010 (ST.2008.51-SK3) wurde dem Beschwerdeführer am 9. März 2010 zugestellt. Die Beschwerdefrist von 30 Tagen gemäss Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG ist längst abgelaufen.
Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Den Beschwerdegegnern ist keine Entschädigung auszurichten, weil sie im vorliegenden Verfahren nicht zur Vernehmlassung aufgefordert wurden und deshalb keine Umtriebe hatten.
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
