Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich gegen ein Berufungsurteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 25. Juli 2007. Wie der Beilage zur Beschwerde zu entnehmen ist, konnte der Beschwerdeführer beim Versuch, das Urteil zuzustellen, zu Hause nicht angetroffen werden, weshalb der Zustellbeamte im Briefkasten eine Abholungseinladung hinterliess. Bei dieser Sachlage ist von der Fiktion auszugehen, dass das angefochtene Urteil am letzten Tag der sieben Tage betragenden Abholfrist, d.h. am 23. August 2007, zugestellt wurde. Es trifft nicht zu, dass das Obergericht verpflichtet gewesen wäre, nach der neuen Adresse des Beschwerdeführers zu forschen. Nach dem Grundsatz von Treu und Glauben wäre es seine Sache gewesen, dafür zu sorgen, dass ihm die Berufungsinstanz ihr Urteil zustellen kann (BGE 130 III 396 E. 1.2.3; 119 V 89 E. 4b/aa). Da er dies unterlassen hat, muss er den Zustellversuch gegen sich gelten lassen. Unter diesen Umständen ist die Beschwerde vom 26. Januar 2008 verspätet. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Strafgericht, 2. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
