Beschwerde gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, vom 25. September 2009 (BKBES.2009.84).

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass eine Strafuntersuchung wegen Verleumdung oder eventuell falscher Anschuldigung eingestellt und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurden. Da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war, ist der Beschwerdeführer indessen nicht Privatstrafkläger im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG. Da er durch die angezeigten Straftaten in seiner körperlichen, psychischen oder sexuellen Integrität nicht unmittelbar beeinträchtigt wurde, ist er auch nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 1 Abs. 1 OHG. Als angeblich Geschädigter, der nicht Opfer ist, ist er zur vorliegenden Beschwerde nicht legitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Wie schon im Urteil 6B_773/2009 vom 13. Oktober 2009 kann der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers auch im vorliegenden Verfahren bei der Bemessung der Gerichtsgebühr Rechnung getragen werden (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
