Das Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau sprach dem Beschwerdeführer am 22. August 2013 im Zusammenhang mit einer eingestellten Strafuntersuchung einen Schadenersatz in Höhe von Fr. 7'335.65 zu. Im Übrigen wurde die Beschwerde bzw. das Schadenersatzbegehren abgewiesen. Der Beschwerdeführer hält vor Bundesgericht vollumfänglich an der Schadenersatzforderung fest.
In einer Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht ist unter Bezugnahme auf den angefochtenen Entscheid darzulegen, inwieweit dieser nach Auffassung des Beschwerdeführers gegen das Recht verstösst (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG). Diesen Anforderungen genügt die vorliegende Eingabe nicht, da sie sich auf Vorwürfe gegen den Staatsanwalt und eine Darstellung der Angelegenheit aus Sicht des Beschwerdeführers beschränkt. Dieser behauptet z.B., es seien diverse Gutachten beiseite geschafft worden, sagt aber nicht, welche und was für einen Zusammenhang sie mit dem vorinstanzlichen Urteil haben. Derart unsubstanziierte Vorbringen reichen als Begründung einer Beschwerde nicht aus.
Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren aussichtslos erschienen. Der finanziellen Lage des Beschwerdeführers ist bei der Bemessung der Gerichtskosten Rechnung zu tragen (Art. 65 Abs. 2 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
