Die Kammer hat nach Einsicht
in den Entscheid der Aufsichtsbehörde in Betreibungs- und Konkurssachen für den Kanton Bern vom 13. Juli 2004, mit welchem die Aufsichtsbehörde eine Beschwerde von Z.________ betreffend die Kostenrechnung des Betreibungs- und Konkursamtes Berner Oberland, Dienststelle Interlaken, in den Betreibungen auf Grundpfandverwertung Nr. xxx und Nr. yyy abgewiesen hat, soweit sie darauf eingetreten ist;
in zwei Schreiben vom 31. Juli 2004, in welchen Z.________ (ohne Begründung) erklärt, gegen obigen Entscheid Beschwerde zu erheben;
in die per E-mail bei der Aufsichtsbehörde eingegangene Beschwerdebegründung vom 2. August 2004;
in Erwägung,
dass offen bleiben kann, ob die per E-mail eingereichte (nicht eigenhändig unterschriebene) Beschwerdeergänzung die Anforderungen von Art. 30 Abs. 1 OG an die Form einer Rechtsschrift erfüllt;
dass nach Art. 79 Abs. 1 OG neue Begehren nicht anbringen kann, wer dazu im kantonalen Verfahren Gelegenheit hatte;
dass daher der (neue) Antrag des Beschwerdeführers, die Auslagen des Betreibungsamtes anhand von Belegen und nicht anhand des Journals zu überprüfen, unzulässig ist;
dass nach Art. 79 Abs. 1 OG in der Beschwerdeschrift zudem kurz darzulegen ist, welche Bundesrechtssätze und inwiefern diese durch den angefochtenen Entscheid verletzt worden sind (BGE 119 III 49 E. 1 S. 50);
dass die Aufsichtsbehörde im Wesentlichen ausgeführt hat, der Beschwerdeführer erachte die Höhe der Kosten als übersetzt, zeige jedoch nicht auf, mit welchen Kosten er konkret nicht einverstanden sei;
dass sich der Beschwerdeführer nur ungenügend mit diesen Erwägungen auseinander setzt und insbesondere nicht nachweist, dass er bereits im kantonalen Verfahren die Begründungsanforderungen erfüllt hat;
dass damit auf die Beschwerde insgesamt nicht eingetreten werden kann;
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren grundsätzlich kostenlos ist (Art. 20a Abs. 1 SchKG) und keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen werden darf (Art. 62 Abs. 2 GebV SchKG);
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Betreibungs- und Konkursamt Berner Oberland, Dienststelle Interlaken, und der Aufsichtsbehörde in Betreibungs- und Konkurssachen für den Kanton Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
