che in particolare non puòentrare nel merito sulla pretesa violazione di un diritto costituzionale o su questioni attinenti al diritto cantonale o intercantonale se la censura non è stata sollevata né motivata in modo preciso nell'atto di ricorso (art. 106 cpv. 2 LTF),
che nel caso concreto, l'atto di ricorso non adempie manifestamente le esigenze di motivazione,
che infatti il ricorrente - limitandosi a riformulare gli stessi identici argomenti di quelli sollevati in sede cantonale e a produrre documentazione già nota ed esaminata dalla pronuncia di primo grado - non si confronta nelle debite forme con i considerandi del giudizio impugnato (DTF 134 II 244), che ha peraltro ampiamente spiegato i motivi della propria decisione,
che in mancanza di un'argomentazione topica che risponda alle motivazioni del giudizio di prima istanza, il ricorso di C.________ non può essere ritenuto ricevibile,
che giusta l'art. 108 cpv. 1 LTF, il Presidente della Corte decide in procedura semplificata di non entrare in materia su ricorsi manifestamente non motivati in modo sufficiente (lett. b),
che viste le circostanze del caso, si può rinunciare a prelevare spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF),
