Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 27. März 2013 (Poststempel 28. März 2013) gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 20. Februar 2013 betreffend Anspruch auf Herabsetzung der geschuldeten persönlichen Beiträge aus selbstständiger Erwerbstätigkeit,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gegen einen Entscheid betreffend Herabsetzung von AHV-Beiträgen unzulässig ist (Art. 83 lit. m BGG; SVR 2008 AHV Nr. 12 S. 38, 9C_690/2007),
dass folglich nur die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde offensteht, der Versicherte aber keine Verletzung verfassungsmässiger Rechte rügt, weshalb insgesamt kein gültiges Rechtsmittel vorliegt (Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 116 f. BGG),
dass sich auch unter Berücksichtigung der unzutreffenden Rechtsmittelbelehrung (angefochtener Entscheid, S. 9) nichts anderes ergibt, da die Beschwerde zufolge fehlender Auseinandersetzung mit dem kantonalen Entscheid den gesetzlichen (Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG) Mindestanforderungen nicht genügt, weil sie zwar einen sinngemässen Antrag, aber keine rechtsgenügliche Begründung enthält und den Ausführungen nicht entnommen werden kann, inwiefern die Sachverhaltsfeststellung - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - qualifiziert unzutreffend (offensichtlich unrichtig, unhaltbar, willkürlich, vgl. BGE 132 III 209 E. 2.1 S. 211; zum Begriff der Willkür BGE 137 I 1 E. 2.4 S. 5 mit Hinweisen) und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollten, zumal der Beschwerdeführer seine Situation und die gegebenen Umstände schildert, auf die Erwägungen der Vorinstanz aber nicht eingeht und somit nicht darlegt, inwiefern der Entscheid gegen Bundesrecht verstiesse,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b und Abs. 2 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG) abzusehen ist,
erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
