Das Präsidium der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung hat nach Einsicht
in die von K.________ am 20. August 2007 (Posteingang) erhobene Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 6. Juli 2007 betreffend Bezahlung von Schadenersatz gemäss Art. 52 AHVG,
in Erwägung,
dass die Partei, die das Bundesgericht anruft, einen Kostenvorschuss in Höhe der mutmasslichen Gerichtskosten zu leisten hat (Art. 62 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass das Präsidium der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung K.________ mit Verfügung vom 20. August 2007 aufgefordert hat, spätestens am 3. September 2007 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 800.- einzuzahlen,
dass die Verfügung an K.________ am 21. August 2007 ausgehändigt, der Kostenvorschuss innert der gesetzten Frist aber nicht bezahlt worden ist,
dass das Präsidium der II. sozialrechtlichen Abteilung K.________ mit Verfügung vom 11. September 2007 eine Nachfrist zur Vorschussleistung bis zum 21. September 2007 angesetzt hat, verbunden mit der Androhung, dass bei fehlendem Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschusszahlung auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde (Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG),
dass die Verfügung an K.________ gemäss Unterschrift auf der Gerichtsurkunde am 11. September 2007 oder - gemäss Track & Trace-Auszug - am 12. September 2007 ausgehändigt worden ist, der Vorschuss jedoch auch innert der erstreckten Frist nicht geleistet worden ist,
dass androhungsgemäss nach Art. 62 Abs. 3 Satz 3 BGG zu verfahren ist,
dass von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten unter den gegebenen Umständen abzusehen ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG),
im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG (in Verbindung mit Art. 62 Abs. 3 Satz 3 BGG)

erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
