l'istanza di revisione del 29 ottobre 2009 presentata dai soci della ditta X.________ contro la decisione 3 luglio 2003 della Cassa di compensazione del Cantone Ticino - poi sfociata nelle sentenze del Tribunale federale H 231/04, H 180/06 e 9C_694/2008 -, concernente la ripresa di salari non notificati,
lo scritto del 30 ottobre 2009 con cui la Cassa cantonale di compensazione ha trasmesso per competenza al Tribunale federale la domanda di revisione,
l'atto 5 novembre 2009 con cui i soci della ditta X.________ precisano di non volere presentare alcuna istanza al Tribunale federale,

considerando:
che nel loro scritto del 5 novembre 2009 i soci della ditta X.________ non manifestano alcuna volontà di impugnare la sentenza 9C_694/2008 del 7 ottobre 2009 e che anzi postulano la trasmissione dell'incarto per competenza alla Cassa cantonale di compensazione,
che di conseguenza non occorre entrare nel merito dell'istanza del 29 ottobre 2009 (cfr. per analogia sentenze 9C_358/2009 del 29 maggio 2009 e 9C_409/2008 del 12 giugno 2008),
che in concreto si applica la procedura semplificata dell'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF,
che, vista la precisa richiesta degli interessati, la domanda del 29 ottobre 2009, unitamente all'incarto, è rinviata per competenza alla Cassa cantonale di compensazione,
che in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF si rinuncia a prelevare spese giudiziarie,

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Non si entra nel merito della domanda del 29 ottobre 2009.

2.
La domanda del 29 ottobre 2009 è trasmessa per competenza alla Cassa cantonale di compensazione.

3.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

4.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino e all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali.
