considerato come il versamento sia stato effettuato solo il 25 novembre 1999 e come, ritenuta la perentorietà del termine stesso, debba ritenersi tardivo,
decreta 1. L'appello 3 novembre 1999 __________ , avverso la decisione 21 ottobre 1999 della Pretore del Distretto di Lugano, Sezione 5, è stralciato dai ruoli per versamento tardivo dell'anticipo.
Le spese del presente giudizio con tassa di giustizia per complessivi fr. 50.-- sono poste a carico dell'appellante.
