ritenuto che in data 5 gennaio 1995 l’UEF di Blenio ha allestito il verbale di pignoramento trasmettendolo insieme con l’attestato di carenza di beni alla reclamante;
preso atto che con scritto 16 febbraio 1995 la reclamante ha ritirato il gravame;
considerato come il gravame sia così divenuto privo d’oggetto;
richiamati gli art. 67 cpv. 2 e 68 cpv. 2 OTLEF;
PRONUNCIA
Il reclamo 16 dicembre __________ è stralciato dai ruoli per intervenuto ritiro.
Non si prelevano spese e non si assegnano indennità.
