la decisione 30 settembre 1999 (no. 4486) del Consiglio di Stato che dichiara irricevibile il ricorso 4 maggio 1998 dell’insorgente avverso la decisione 16 aprile 1998 del Municipio di __________ che autorizza a determinate condizioni la variante relativa al Piano di quartiere ai mappali numeri __________ e __________ RF di __________;

preso atto che in data 29 gennaio 1999 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.

L'insorgente verserà alla Comunione ereditaria fu __________, fr. 400.-- (quattrocento) a titolo di ripetibili.
