  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 838,66 € nebst Zinsen hieraus in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit 16.11.2010 sowie weitere 170,77 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit 22.03.2011 zu bezahlen.
