Tenor

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, der Erhöhung der Nettomie-te für die Wohnung ####1 B, B-Straße, von bisher monatlich 738,83 DM auf nunmehr monatlich 828,10 DM mit Wirkung ab dem 01.11.93 zuzustimmen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Klägerin zu 55 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 45 % zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 500,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklag-ten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.

Die Beklagten dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheits-leistung in Höhe von 800,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
