The applicant brought a condominium proceeding concerning a large house-number sign at the entrance to ground-floor premises and their use as a patent attorney’s practice. The Aachen District Court ordered the respondents to remove the sign and to take appropriate steps to ensure that office staff do not work in the premises and clients are not received there while that use continues. It rejected the applicant’s remaining request. The respondents were ordered to bear the court costs and the applicant’s extrajudicial costs, as well as their own extrajudicial costs; the further participant bears its own extrajudicial costs.
