Tenor

Die Zwangsvollstreckung aus Ziffer 1) des am 31.08.2006 vor dem Amtsgericht Aachen unter dem Aktenzeichen 80 C 185/06, geschlossenen Ver-gleichs wird wegen eines Betrages von 1.900,00 € für unzulässig erklärt. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abge-wiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger zu je-weils 30 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 40 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar; für die Kläger je-doch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.500,00 €. Die Kläger können die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagten abwenden, indem sie Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages leis-ten, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstre-ckenden Betrages leisten.
