Tenor

Das vorbezeichnete Versteigerungsobjekt wird daher dem Meistbietenden für den zu zahlenden Betrag von

1.200.000 EURO (eine Million zweihunderttausend)

unter folgenden Bedingungen zugeschlagen:

Es bleiben keine im Grundbuch eingetragenen Rechte bestehen.

Der durch Zahlung zu berichtigende Betrag des Meistgebots ist von heute an mit

4 % zu verzinsen und mit diesen Zinsen bis zum Verteilungstermin an das Gericht zu zahlen.

Die Kosten dieses Beschlusses fallen dem Ersteher zur Last.

Im Übrigen gelten die gesetzlichen Versteigerungsbedingungen.

Durch die Erteilung des Zuschlags werden der am 07.11.2008 gestellte Antrag des Schuldners auf Gewährung von Vollstreckungsschutz gem. § 765a ZPO (Bl. 143 d. A.) und die im Versteigerungstermin abgegebenen Anträge vom 10.11.2008 auf Gewährung von Vollstreckungsschutz gem. § 765a ZPO (Bl. 175-179 d. A.) zurückgewiesen.
