Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 642,75 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.06.2013 zu zahlen. Des Weiteren wird die Beklagte verurteilt, die Klägerin von den außergerichtlichen Kosten der anwaltlichen Vertretung i.H.v. 101,40 € freizustellen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin 20% und die Beklagte 80%.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Jede Partei ist befugt, die gegen sie gerichtete Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil gegen sie vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die vollstreckende Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
