Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.000,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basissatz seit dem 10.06.2016 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiterhin verurteilt, die Klägerin von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten der Rechtsanwälte S & B in Höhe von weiteren 59,80 € freizustellen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin 30% und hat die Beklagte 70% zu tragen.
