Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die von der Klägerin vermietete Wohnung B-Straße xx, 5.Obergeschoss, rechts vorne, X-Stadt, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, 1 Küche, 1 Diele, 1 Gäste-WC, 1 Toilette mit Bad, 1 Balkon, 1 Kellerraum zu räumen und der Klägerin im geräumten Zustand zu übergeben.
