Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an den Kläger 555,00 DM (fünfhundertfünfundfünfzig Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 % Zinsen ab 14. Juni 1989 sowie 30,00 DM vorgerichtliche Kosten sowie 1.000,00 DM (eintausend Deutsche Mark) Schmerzensgeld zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger zu 65,5 % und die Beklagten zu 34,5 % als Gesamtschuldner.
