Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung abzuwenden durch Sicherheitsleistung iHv. 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit iHv. 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
Die Berufung wird wegen des zugesprochenen Betrages der Abrechnungsspitze aus dem Beschluss über die Jahresabrechnung für das Jahr 2012 iHv. 187,57 € zugelassen.
Der Streitwert wird auf bis zu 500 € festgesetzt.
