Tenor
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, das Einfamilienhaus H. in T., bestehend aus acht Zimmern, zwei Küchen, zwei Dielen, zwei Bädern, einer Terrasse, fünf Kellerräumen und das dazugehörige Grundstück zu räumen und an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
Den Beklagten wird eine Räumungsfrist bis zum 31.01.2019 eingeräumt.
Die Beklagten werden ferner als Gesamtschuldner zu verurteilen, an die Klägerin außergerichtliche Abmahnkosten in Höhe von 334,75 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz der EZB seit dem 04.11.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.
