I. Es wird festgestellt, dass die elterliche Sorge für den verfahrensbetroffenen Jugendlichen I A N, mutmaßlich geboren am XX.XX.XXXX,ruht.

II. Für die Dauer des Ruhens der elterlichen Sorge werden

  1. das zu Ziffer 2. verfahrensbeteiligte Jugendamt zum Amtsvormund mit Ausnahme des Wirkungskreises der asyl- und ausländerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten

und

  1. Herr Rechtsanwalt N J in L-I1 berufsmäßig tätiger Mitvormund für den Wirkungskreis derasyl- und ausländerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten

bestellt.

III. Termin zur persönlichen Anhörung der Verfahrensbeteiligten wird demnächst amtswegig bestimmt werden.
