auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 26.01.1995
für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die Entfernung der zwischen den beiden Doppelhaushälften Mweg ## und Mweg ## verlaufenden Wasserverbindungsleitung zu dulden, soweit diese sich auf dem Grundstück des Klägers befindet.

Es wird festgestellt, daß der Kläger nicht verpflichtet ist, für einen Anschluß des Hauses Mweg ## in C an das öffentliche Leitungswassernetz zu sorgen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
