Die einstweilige Verfügung vom 23.08.2005 wird aufgehoben. Der Antrag auf Erlass der einstweili-gen Verfügung wird zurückgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Klägern bleibt vorbehalten, die Vollstreckung seitens der Beklagten wegen der Kosten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden.
