Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, die von ihnen genutzte Wohnung im Hause B e F ##, 3. Obergeschoss, bestehend aus 4 Zimmern, Küche, Bad, Diele, Abstellraum sowie Zimmer im Speicher des Dachgeschosses in C zu räumen und an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
Den Beklagten wird eine Räumungsfrist bis 31.01.2009 gewährt.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Beklagten gesamtschuldnerisch auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagten können die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 5.000,00 Euro abwenden, es sei denn die Klägerin leistet Sicherheit in selber Höhe.
