Die Verfahren AG Bonn 407 F 161/09 (Umgangsregelung) und AG Bonn 407 F 160/09 (Umgangsaussetzung) werden zur gemeinsamen Entscheidung verbunden. Das Verfahren AG Bonn 407 F 161/09 führt.

Das Umgangsrecht des Vaters mit dem betroffenen Kind wird bis zur Vollendung des siebten Lebensjahres des Kindes ausgeschlossen.

Der Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Tempelhof-Kreuzberg vom 27.8.2007 (AG Tempelhof-Kreuzberg 134 F 11555/07), mit welchem im Wege der einstweiligen Anordnung ein Umgangsrecht des Vaters geregelt worden ist (Umgang an jedem Samstag und jedem zweiten Sonntag, außerdem an jedem zweiten hohen Feiertag) wird aufgehoben. Die gerichtlichen Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Kindesmutter und der Kindesvater je zur Hälfte.
