Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 180,88 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.02.2011 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 84 % und die Beklagte zu 14 %. (*)
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
