für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte zu 2) wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 326,36 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.09.2015 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Gerichtskosten und die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Klägers tragen der Kläger und die Beklagte zu 2) zu je 1/2. Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten zu 2) trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
