  1. Liegen der Eigentümerversammlung 3 aussagekräftige Alternativangebote zur Wahl eines Verwalters vor, ist es unschädlich, wenn ein Angebot am Versammlungstag zurückgenommen wird.

Tenor

  1. Das Versäumnisurteil vom 18.03.2016 wird aufrecht erhalten, wobei sich seine Vollstreckbarkeit nach diesem Urteil richtet.

  2. Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger als Gesamtschuldner.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Kläger dürfen die Vollstreckung der Beklagten hinsichtlich der Kosten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
