Tenor

Der Betroffene wird wegen vorsätzlicher Überschreitung der zulässigen Höchstgeschwindigkeit zu einer Geldbuße von 600,00 Euro verurteilt.

Dem Betroffenen wird für die Dauer von 2 Monaten verboten, Kraftfahrzeuge jeder Art im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr zu führen.

Das Fahrverbot wird erst wirksam, wenn der Führerschein nach Rechtskraft des Urteils in amtliche Verwahrung gelangt, spätestens jedoch mit Ablauf von vier Monaten seit Eintritt der Rechtskraft.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Betroffene.
