    1. In Ergänzung der bisher getroffenen Ferienreglung wird für das Jahr 2019 im Wege der einstweiligen Anordnung folgende weitere Regelung getroffen:

Das Kind J Q, geboren am 00.00.0000 befindet sich über Christi Himmelfahrt 2019 von Mittwoch, den 29.05.2019, 14:00 Uhr (Kitaschluss) bis Montag, den 03.06.2019 zum Kindergarten beim Kindesvater.

Dafür entfällt der Nachmittag beim Kindesvater am Fronleichnamstag, dem 20.06.2019, sodass beide Elternteile mit dem Kind jeweils ein verlängertes Wochenende am Stück einschließlich Feiertag und Brückentag verbringen.

    1. Den 01.05.2019 (Tag der Arbeit) und den 10.06.2019 (Pfingstmontag) verbringt das Kind bei der Kindesmutter.
    1. Hinsichtlich der Osterferien 2019 beginnt der Umgang des Kindesvaters wie im Fax vom 18.04.2019 beantragt am Ostermontag, 12:00 Uhr und endet am 29.04.2019 zur Kita.
    1. Weitere Ferien, Schließungstage der Kita oder Feiertage sind im Wege der einstweiligen Anordnung nicht zu regeln, da ausreichend Zeit ist, die oberlandesgerichtliche Beschwerdeentscheidung in der Hauptsache 404 F 259/18 abzuwarten.
    1. Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
    1. Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 1.500,00 € festgesetzt.
