Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger318,68 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.10.2011 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 70 % und die Beklagtenzu 30 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Parteien können die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
