I.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 100,00 EUR zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 15.11.2012 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an die Klägerin 83,54 EUR zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 15.11.2012 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

II.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin zu 78 % und die Beklagte zu 22 %.

III.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
