Tenor

Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, an den Antragsteller 1.638,00 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.01.2015 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden dem Antragsgegner auferlegt.

Dieser Beschluss wird mit Rechtskraft wirksam.

Der Verfahrenswert wird wie folgt festgesetzt:

bis zum 15.01.2015: 3.747,00 EUR;

vom 16.01.2015 – 01.06.2015: 2.394,00 EUR;

vom 02.06.2015 – 19.07.2015: 1.762,00 EUR;

ab dem 20.07.2015: 1.638,00 EUR.
