  • zur gesamten Hand (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts).

Der vorbezeichnete Grundbesitz wird daher den Meistbietenden

für den durch Zahlung zu berichtigenden Betrag von

530.000,00 DM (Fünfhundertunddreißigtausend Deutsche Mark)

unter den umseitigen Bedingungen zugeschlagen:

Es bleiben keine Rechte bestehen.

Der sich auf dem Grundstück befindliche Rasenmäher und die in der Garage gelagerten Gegenstände werden von dem Zuschlag nicht erfaßt.

Für die Erfüllung des Meistgebots haften die Ersteher als Gesamtschuldner.

Der durch Zahlung zu berichtigende Betrag des Meistgebots ist von heute an mit 4 % zu verzinsen, für den Fall, daß das Meistgebot im Verteilungstermin nicht gezahlt wird, ist es ab Verteilungstermin mit 12 vom Hundert zu verzinsen.

Die Kosten dieses Beschlusses fallen den Erstehern als Gesamtschuldner zur Last.

Im übrigen gelten die gesetzlichen Versteigerungsbedingungen.
