Dem Verfahrensbeteiligten zu 1) wird im Anschluss an den Beschluss des angerufenen Gerichts vom 29.09.2011 – Az. 5 F 198/11 – in Verbindung mit dem Beschluss des OLG Hamm vom 21.12.2011 – Az. II-8 UF 271/11 – nunmehr die Genehmigung erteilt, das minderjährige Kind O, geb. am 30.06.1999, soweit und solange dies ärztlicherseits erforderlich erachtet wird, auf einer geschlossenen Gruppe des N in P, C, unterzubringen.
Das nächtliche Einschließen des Betroffenen in seinem Zimmer in der Zeit von 21.30 Uhr bis maximal 8.00 Uhr sowie das Einschließen in seinem Zimmer während der Teamkonferenz für die Dauer von maximal 3 Stunden wird genehmigt.
Während der Dauer des jeweiligen Einschlusses ist durch effektive und regelmäßige Überwachungsmaßnahmen sicherzustellen, dass jegliche Schädigung des Betroffenen in physischer oder psychischer Hinsicht ausgeschlossen ist.
Diese Entscheidung ist befristet gemäß § 323 Ziffer 2 FamFG bis zum Ablauf des 29.01.2013.
Die sofortige Wirksamkeit der Entscheidung wird gemäß § 324 Abs. 2 FamFG angeordnet.
