Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, gesamtschuldnerisch der Erhöhung der Netto-Miete für die Wohnung T-Straße 1, 48301 Nottuln, 1. Stock, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Diele, Bad, Toilette, Balkon, Kellerraum sowie Wasch-, Trocken-, und Radkeller zur Mitbenutzung auf nunmehr 446,23 € mit Wirkung ab dem 01.06.2016 zuzustimmen.
Die Beklagten werden weiter verurteilt, an die Kläger gesamtschuldnerisch einen Betrag in Höhe von 99,96 € nebst Zinsen iHv 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz ab dem 21.01.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagten dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leisten.
