für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger DM 772,60
nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 15. Januar 1991 zu zahlen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben der Kläger
61 % und die Beklagte 39 % zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagte
hinsichtlich der Kosten durch Sicherheitsleistung in
Höhe von DM 360,-- abwenden, sofern nicht zuvor die
Beklagte in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
