Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger
zu 1. und an die Klägerin zu 2. je 468,40 DM
nebst 4 % Zinsen seit 2.12.1991 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte
zu 21 %; die Kläger tragen die Kosten des Rechts-
streits zu 79 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Den Klägern wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung
seitens der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in
Höhe von 500,-- DM abzuwenden und die Beklagte kann
die Vollstreckung seitens der Kläger durch Sicherheits-
leistung in Höhe von 1.200,-- DM abwenden, wenn nicht
die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit
in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch unbefristete
Bürgschaft einer deutschen Bank oder öffentlich rechtlichen
Sparkasse erbracht werden.
