Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 7. Juli 1995

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, das Telefon "Clubtelefon 1" an die

Klägerin herauszugeben.

Dem Beklagten wird zur Herausgabe gemäß Ziff. 1 eine

Frist von zwei Wochen nach Rechtskraft des Urteils gesetzt.

Für den Fall, dass der Beklagte das Telefon nicht zurückgibt, wird er

verurteilt, 1.825,04 DM an die Klägerin nebst 6,75 % Zinsen seit dem

  1. November 1994 zu zahlen.

Des weiteren wird der Beklagte verurteilt, an die Klägerin 692,56 DM

nebst 6,75 % Zinsen von einem Betrag von 304,18 DM ab 25.11.1994

sowie 6,75 % Zinsen auf einen Betrag von 388,38 DM ab dem 19.05.1995

zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.000,-- DM

vorläufig vollstreckbar.
