Die Beklagte zu 1) wird verurteilt, an den

Kläger 115,-- DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem

Die Kostenentscheidung bleibt der Schlußent-

scheidung vorbehalten.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Auf die Wiedergabe des Tatbestandes wird gemäß

§ 495 a Abs. 2 ZPO verzichtet.
