für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger

auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Kläger kann die Zwangsvollstreckung hinsichtlich

der Kosten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von

1.500,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor

der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.

Beiden Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Sicherheits-

leistung durch eine selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft

einer deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse zu erbringen.
