hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 28. Juli 1999

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Klage gegen die Beklagte zu 1. wird abge-

wiesen.

Die Klage gegen den Beklagten zu 2. ist erle-

digt.

  1. Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Kläger

tragen die Kläger selbst.

Von den außergerichtlichen Kosten des Beklag-

ten zu 1. tragen 50 % die Klägerin zu 1. und 50

% die Kläger zu 2. Von den außergerichtlichen

Kosten des Beklagten zu 2. tragen 50 % die

Klägerin zu 1. und 50 % der Kläger zu 2, die

übrigen Kosten die Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin zu 1. darf die Vollstreckung gegen

Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von jeweils 300,--

DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklage zu 1.

bzw. der Beklagte zu 2. vor Vollstreckung Si-

cherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Der Kläger zu 2. darf die Vollstreckung gegen

Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 300,-- DM ab-

wenden, wenn nicht Beklagte zuvor Sicherheit

in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Gegenstandswert in Abänderung des Beschlusses

vom 6. Mai 1999: 2.000,-- DM.
